Our third C from the 8 C’s of Self-leadership is Curiosity. We’re hardwired to be curious but our culture does not support asking lots of questions or wondering about how things work or especially how we work. Curiosity needs to be developed, practiced and cultivated like a gardener. This begins with paying attention.

Curiosity is inherent within us but as adults it’s our responsibility to cultivate our curiosity. How am I wired? What is my mindset toward this topic? Where can I learn more about this idea? What can I let go of that no longer serves me? How do I practice leaning in toward the One who knows and loves me best?
