Darla’s Purpose Driven Life
Yes, she does love meeting people and asks to hear their life stories. As Founder of THE LIONESS SUMMIT, her inspiration comes from the mentors, courageous women in her family and those who poured their expertise into her life.
For the past 20 years she has been combining her faith and positive mindset, Event Planning and Public Relations. Promoting small business and empowering women inspired her in entrepreneurship. She works to encourage women in her side business as a consultant, she is serving on the Board of Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce, and 4word Nashville and several other local organizations.
She obtained her BS in Psychology from Jacksonville State University and her Masters in Communications at University of Alabama Birmingham.
She had the blessing of growing up in a home where guests were plentiful, and Christ was the center. An enthusiastic 7 and DI she is serious about spending time with her family and friends taking them on hikes, enjoying food and getting into adventures.
Darla is the mom to three courageous daughters, two awesome “bonus sons” and Gigi to three snuggly grandchildren.
Darla lives in Nashville Tennessee with her rescued-fur-friend.
