Blind spot= avoidance of failure at all costs
Vice = deceit; a Type 3 often wears a mask of faking good
Virtue = Integrity
Type 3 folks are the original Type A personality. They are focused on goals,
pragmatic in their approach. They identify with what they do rather than who they
are.
