Aislin Suparak Gibson is a terrific example of a woman leading herself well. Aislin’s collaborative approach to leadership has given her access to important, global influencing conversations. Aislin is an Enneagram 9 who knows how to tap into her wing influences to get things done. Here is Aislin’s bio:

Aislin Suparak Gibson is a graduate student at Harvard studying Environmental Sustainability. Her passion is growing, making and eating food. Aislin is combining her previous career as a corporate business analyst with an MA in Sustainability Research to help farmers transition to regenerative practices. Her goal is to help farmers produce food that is sustainable for their businesses while also pulling carbon out of the atmosphere and boosting our environment.

Aislin is the founder of ModernHive Design, where she designed solutions for urban beekeepers and our struggling pollinator population; was a writer for Houzz magazine and most recently was a consultant to the International Space Station National Laboratory. When she is not working on her Master’s thesis, she is slowly restoring a 1962 mid-century Eichler home which she shares with her husband, two boys, six chickens, beehives and a large rescue Labrador.

I’m confident you’ll enjoy learning from Aislin.
