Amy Kay Watson coaches purpose-driven, socially conscious, soulful leaders to discover their destiny, own their power, and take principled stands with humor, courage, and compassion.
At the beginning of her career, Amy worked as a hospital chaplain, but she found that working as a minister of the church wasn’t a great fit. After leaving the church she moved into corporate management where she studied the challenges of people management by connecting with mentors and diving deep into the fields of organizational psychology and human effectiveness.
In 2015 Amy became an executive coach with expertise in personal & professional effectiveness, communication, and relationships. She now partners with leaders in professional environments who come to her needing to address their motivation and everyday, high-functioning anxiety.
In this interview you will get the chance to know Amy Kay and her work.
