This season I will follow the pattern of solo episodes and interview episodes. During the solo episodes I will unpack the Enneagram and begin to apply the typology to various ways of showing up as a leader.

In this episode I describe the basics of the Enneagram, where it came from, what the symbol looks like, what the numbers mean, and what are wings and lines. The Enneagram is an ancient typology so no one we know designed it or owns the rights to it. There are many different teachers and masters. I am simply a practitioner.

Here are three people for you to connect with that are considered Enneagram experts:

Beatrice Chestnut

Suzanne Stabile

Ian Morgan Cron

Each of these people have studied, lived and taught the Enneagram for many years. I will be referencing their work in this series and will introduce you to other teachers and authors as well.

Do you know your Enneagram core type? If so how is this knowledge helpful in your day to day life?
