What does it mean to connect the dots if we don’t have the dots collected in one place? This episode adds a Why to the What and How of living a dot to dot life.

I heard the phrase Collect, Connect, Correct this week when I attended an online seminar hosted and led by Onsite

This idea of correct really resonated for me since I’ve been talking about growing awareness and connecting the dots for almost ten years. I started thinking about how this applies to our leadership development.

Correct doesn’t mean something is necessarily wrong. This idea can be applied to the transformational practices that allow us to learn and grow in all the areas of work, life and faith.

If you recognize there is an area of your leadership that you want to “correct”, working with a coach is a fabulous way to grow your awareness and have a partner in creating an action plan for change. If that’s you, please reach out to me for a complimentary coaching exploration session that fits your schedule.

I also wrote more personally about this topic on my Substack at Learning Along the Way. I’d love to have you join the developing community over there as a free subscriber (or of course if you’d like to support my work, please consider joining me as a paid subscriber).

Thanks for stopping by! See you next time!
