Kathy was born and raised in Texas.

After marrying Joe in 1976, they moved many times including to Singapore and Hong Kong, where they learned to integrate into a whole different culture. It was exciting and daunting.

Kathy has served on the Agent Leadership Council in her top producing brokerage, Keller Williams Southlake, for the last 6 years.

Kathy is a productivity coach and has seen great success with her clients.  She loves to speak encouragement to people.  One of her friends named her the CEO – Chief Encouragement Officer.  It’s her favorite title!

Joe and Kathy enjoy getting out to their condo on a nearby lake for boating and fishing as often as possible.

During our conversation, Kathy shared her struggle to let go of the fear of having enough when retirement rolls around. She has a focused prayer practice and has made some intentional action steps to alleviate the fear.

Kathy realized she was using being busy at work as an excuse to avoid the give and take of relationship investment. She found that doing these three things has made all the difference:

  1. Grow Your Awareness of How You Spend Your Time (ask your loved ones and close friends how they experience you)
  2. Take a Time Inventory
  3. Make Space in your Calendar for Important Relationship Time

Kathy is a wise woman as well as a terrific realtor. You can find her online at Zillow or through the socials of Instagram and Facebook as The Hamilton Team.
