My dear listener, I am so happy to share this conversation with the Reverend Dr. Jill Richardson. We had a delightful time!

Dr. Jill Richardson pastors in suburban Chicago, as well as writing and speaking. Her passion is to work with the next generation to create a healthy church and to teach pastors. She has written or contributed to 8 books, and her articles have appeared in leading national magazines and websites. Jill has three adult daughters and one unruly cat. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, volunteering with World Relief, breaking out in random musical numbers, emerging victorious in LOTR trivia, and a good cup of Earl Grey.

Dr. Jill is an Enneagram 5 who resonates deeply with honesty and transparency as highly valued in her leadership. She shared the through line of leadership she learned to recognize through the eyes of her high school speech and debate coach. I will add, never underestimate the impact of investing in the people you have influence with; your words of encouragement may last a lifetime.

Dr. Jill is in the last stages of launching a course called the Enneagram for Writers which she graciously wants to offer you the Let Go, Lean In listener at a discount. You will need to reach out to her through her website, which you’ll find below, plus all the ways you can connect with the Blue Haired Preacher Lady.
